1. Plating of fasteners
Electroplating of fasteners refers to immersing the parts that need to be electroplated into a specific aqueous solution, which will contain some deposited metal compounds. 2. Hot dip galvanizing of fasteners
Hot dip galvanizing of fasteners is to dip fasteners of carbon steel components into a bath of dissolved zinc with a heat of about 510℃. In this way, the iron-zinc alloy on the surface of fasteners will be changed into passivated zinc, so as to obtain the surface treatment effect. The price of hot-dip galvanizing of fasteners is higher than electroplating, about 1.5 to 2 yuan per kilogram.

3. Mechanical plating of fasteners
Mechanical plating of fasteners means to impact the surface of fasteners with powder of coated metal by specific physical and chemical means, so that coated metal can form a coating on the surface of fasteners by cold welding to achieve surface treatment effect. Mechanical plating of fasteners is mainly suitable for spare parts such as screws, nuts and gaskets.
